By now I’m sure you have seen many ads for graduate recruitment consultants offering very attractive OTE earnings, luxury holidays, designer watches etc. etc. This is pretty standard in the recruitment industry, we offer it all too (a group of us are going to Las Vegas next week and we’re all going Ibiza or L.A. together in the summer if we hit our targets). Lawrence Harvey Search and Selection is, in essence, a recruitment consultancy (a great one at that, one of the fastest growing consultancies in the UK). It is a whole lot more than that though… it’s all about the people and the environment. It’s very cheesy to call us one big family but it’s a place where everyone gets on really well and we are proud to call the people we work with our mates. It’s a rare thing to have such a good bond in the workplace (last night a group of us stayed in the office late into the night with the big boss for a pizza and poker session).
Why do we need more people then? Because we’re doing so well, we’re growing scarily fast! This time last year we had a small office in Clapham with 25 people, we now have 50 people and work from an awesome office in Bank. The panoramic views - especially sunset over St Paul’s, are spectacular!
We operate across the UK, Europe and by the end of the year we will have an office in Singapore, Brazil or the USA. We are currently on course to hit the Fast Track 100 for 2012. We specialise in contract and permanent recruitment for IT & Banking technologies, SAP, Change Management and Oil & Gas.
If you are good you can earn serious money seriously quickly, one of the girls who has just turned 22 took home over £200k for herself last year. Anything is possible.
For our new starters we will offer a full training programme with a top billing consultant. You will learn everything from tricky sales techniques to the ins and outs of particular recruitment markets through intensive training sessions and on desk training as well as interactive group. Once you complete our in-house Consultant Training Academy you will be in control of your own destiny, but not before we send you off through a big graduation party… You will have the freedom to build your business, regularly meet clients (abroad if necessary) and start earning some serious money.
Your first 2 placements get a substantial one off bonus and thereafter commission is up to 30%. We offer one of the most transparent and generous commission structures out there!
