The general set up is a 360 degree recruitment desk with the option of specialising in one of our niche sectors; Oil & Gas, SAP, IT & Banking and Change Management. Teams here are separated in contract and permanent divisions and then organised in teams by vertical markets and niches within the disciplines.
As a successful candidate you will be provided with group and one to one dedicated full time interactive and tailored training within our bespoke training programme delivered by a previous top billing (£750k p annum) German recruitment consultant sharing invaluable insights and tricks on the day to day job as a recruiter and current sales techniques. We will empower you to build networks, develop your sales and leadership skills and give you the opportunity to earn a sizable commission on top of a competitive basic salary.
We also offer fun competitions, incentives and company trips (i.e. to Las Vegas with stays at the Bellagio Penthouse Suite, Barcelona and Ibiza coming up in September 2011) executive lunches (Vertigo and Rhodes 42, Gordon Ramsay, etc.) and company days and nights out (Summer Vision day, Sports day, Christmas Party for example at Kensington Roof Gardens).
